Privacy policy

Effective · Published by Parle LLC

This policy covers the Squadly app for iPhone and Android and this website, squadly.soccer.

Squadly is a free app for youth-soccer coaches for tracking playing time and managing lineups.

What Squadly stores

About you: your name, email, and an account ID. A phone number only if you add one.

About your team: what you enter: player names, jersey numbers, playing time, attendance, lineups, and game history; photos and parent contact info if you choose to add them; and the email address of any co-coach you invite.

Squadly does not collect location, contacts, browsing history, or usage analytics.

What we never do

No ads, no tracking or analytics SDKs, no selling or sharing data for marketing, and nothing you enter is used to train AI. Your data is used only to show it back to you and your co-coaches.

Where it lives and who can see it

Data is stored with Supabase (a hosted database service) on servers in the United States and encrypted in transit. Only the coaches on your team can see your team's data, enforced by database-level security rules. There are no public pages or shareable links to player data.

About players

Players never use Squadly: no logins, no screens for them. The coach decides what to enter and is responsible for any consent their league or parents require, especially for photos. Roster data is shown only to the team's coaches.

Parents: to see or remove your child's info, ask the coach, or email eeshankhandelwal123@gmail.com.

Deleting your data

Settings > Delete Account in the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent: teams you head-coach are erased entirely (rosters, games, everything; the app warns you first if co-coaches lose access), and teams you assist on remove you as a member.

To remove a single player, use the Roster tab. If deletion fails, email eeshankhandelwal123@gmail.com.

This website

You can sign in here with the same Squadly account you use in the app, with Google or an email link. Signing in lets you post in Team Talk, file and vote on requests, and comment. Signed-out visitors can read everything that is public and send a contact message; nothing else on the site needs an account.

Posts, comments and votes are stored against your account and shown under a short display name made from your first name and last initial, never your full name or email. You can change that name at any time. Replies to your posts create a notification for you inside the site.

The contact form stores the name, email address and message you send, and your account ID if you were signed in, so we can reply.

The site sets a cookie only to keep you signed in. There are no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts. The support page shows a preview image of the walkthrough video that loads from YouTube; opening the video takes you to YouTube, which has its own privacy policy.

Website data lives in the same Supabase project as the app, on servers in the United States. Deleting your Squadly account in the app removes your profile, posts, comments and votes here too. Contact messages are kept so they can be answered; your account ID is detached from them when the account is deleted.
